A screening of a documentary about the memories, challenges and satisfactions of former Grumman engineers who worked on the historical construction of the Lunar Modules, the spaceships that landed on the moon and returned the astronauts safely during the Apollo program. The screening will be followed by a Q&A portion, led by the film’s director, Hofstra film student Connie Tais, along with Dr. J.B. Bennington, Hofstra University Chair and Professor of Geology, Environment, and Sustainability, and Rodney F. Hill, Hofstra University Associate Professor of Radio, Television, Film.
