The Villages Astronomy Club meets at Laurel Manor Recreation Center at 6:30pm on 3rd Tuesdays of the month for club business and a presentation on space and astronomy. We also hold a telescope workshop for those with telescopes or binoculars or who are interested in getting them and learning how to use them. This is held on the first Monday of the month at Truman Recreation Center's picnic pavilion. Our Space Academy meeting, covering the basics of astronomy mixed with current research topics, is held inside Truman Recreation Center on first Mondays at 6:30pm.
