The Dot is an astronomy and space science platform based in Bangladesh.

Founded in 2025 by Mohammad Marshad Bin Khaled , the club firmly adheres a slogan which is "Observation to understanding". 

Mainly, Bangladesh is a country where Telescopes, Space Science, Astrophysics are considered things of the countries having big economic flourishment. Having a very unpopular national space agency , the country is very unfamiliar with modern space science, astronomy research or different branches of Astrophysics.

The Dot aims to popularize these sectors in Bangladesh, publishing monthly papers on latest astronomical events, Astro-Olympiad Help guide and past papers(IOAA or IOAA Jr), Star Catalogues and many more. 

It's an honor to state that one of our Lunar astrophotography project clicked on a star party just the night before Artemis-II was launched, "A Night before humanity's return" was presented to Noble laureate and Former Chief Advisor of the People's republic of Bangladesh Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus. He really appreciated our work and encouraged us to work deeply on this sector for the sake of Bangladesh.
