Description:
While imaging the receding comet C/2023 A3, what appears to be a bright meteor appeared in one of the 90 60 second exposures on 1 November 2024 from suburban Bloomington, Indiana with a one-shot color camera and 102mm apochromat. This image is a composite of the frames, combined separately to register on the comet moving against the stars, and again to register on the stars and composited in post-processing. The single frame with the meteor was added as a separate layer. It was processed in Astro Pixel Processor, Lightroom, and Photoshop
