Orion 8 inch f3.9 newtonian astrograph, with a coma correcter. Canon 60d unmodified, autoguider orion starshoot 60mm guide scope, all on a celestron AVX mount.

Description:

4-panel mosaic of M31 The Andromeda galaxy the nearest major galaxy to our own, at a distance about 2.5 million light-years, and is on a galactic collision with the Milky way in 4.5 billion years. Andromeda is big in the sky roughly 6 full moons across, and is easily visible to the naked eye. 4.5 hours per panal, total of 18 hours
