Caldwell 9 also known as "the Cave Nebula" in the constellation Cepheus. Lying nearly 3000 light years distant, this image contains all three forms of nebulae. Dark, Reflection and Emission. The arc of the cave is known as an active birthplace for stars. 79 x 180" sub exposures. 237 minutes integrated exposure time.
