Comet 45P has now faded below magnitude 19 as it has moved 155 million miles away from Earth. In this image the nucleus is very faint with a fan shaped coma below the nucleus. The tail is still visible below the coma as it fades into the sky glow of Denver's light pollution in this one hour of images. 45P will grace our night skies again in 5 years.
