Description:

Periodic comet 62P/Tsuchinshan passing by galaxies NGC 4596 and NGC 4608 in Virgo. The brightest star in the field is 5 magnitude star rho Virginis. Stack of 24 exposures of 2 minutes tracked on the comet motion. The comet is near magnitude 9 at 0.5 AU from the Earth.
