Description:
Comet C/2023 A3 over Kitt Peak on the evening of Oct 14, 2023, showing the anti-tail. This is an unguided 6.5s exposure taken late in twilight. The sky, desert vegetation, and mountains are illuminated by a bright 12-day-old moon rising in the east.
