Description:
Comet C/2025 R2 (SWAN) continues to slowly get higher in the late twilight sky before it sets. In these images the comet was at an altitude of 4.3 degrees, above the lower-level haze near the horizon. The comet was magnitude 7.0 with a coma 3.5' wide and a tail visible in the twilight image of 22' (1/3 degree) at a position angle of 112 degrees from the coma.
