Description:

Comet Leonard is shown in front of the bright globular cluster M-3. The image is a composite of two exposures of 2 minutes in length. Due to the comet's motion, longer exposures were slightly trailed. The images were shot at an ISO of 3200. Note: A higher resolution image is available. This image is not cropped, but it could be if necessary.
