Description:
Here's Comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas approaching globular cluster NGC6426 last night, 10/29/24. This is a composite of 30 one-minute-long exposures taken near the Sonoran Desert National Monument. All exposures were taken at 360mm @ f/5.9, with the imaging chip at -15º C. That chip wasn't the only thing that got cold out in the desert!
