Description:
This is a stack of twenty-five 90-second exposures taken at 360mm, f/5.9. IC4756 is the open star cluster on the left side of the image. The nearly-full moon - though about 120° away from the comet - did pose an issue. My gear and I cast clear shadows across the desert floor. Frankly, I wondered why I had driven so far out of Phoenix only to confront this other source of light pollution.
