Description:

The Cygnus Wall is among the most active star forming regions close to Earth. This "wall" has a shape resembling that of Mexico within the much larger North America Nebula located 2,500 light years from Earth. The image was taken in my light polluted backyard in Reno, Nevada while using a dual band filter to block most of the light pollution in the area.
