Description:
Eagle nebula M16 is a huge cloud of interstellar gas & dust is a home for star formation. The UV light from the newly formed stars are ignite the hydrogen gas in Red and Oxygen gas by Blue color. It lies about 7,000 light years distance. I’m always fascinated by HST images and amazed by universe beauty. In this image, I tried to mimic HST image of pillars of creation in Eagle nebula. I used Hubble palette to produce this image. Light subs: UV/IR 23x600, Antlia Ha 3nm 18x600, Antlia Oiii 3nm 17x600, Anylia Sii 3nm 20x600. Exposure time 13 hours. Captured by NINA, PHD2. Stacked in APP. Processed in PI, PS.Image taken from Sky Bortle Class 4 over 4 nights.
