Description:
As the Northerners enter a new winter, Orion rises in the morning sky. Maybe one of the most pictured objects, it still has a lot to tell. The surrounding dust turns this field into a puzzle, where each piece has its unique shape. Sometimes it is a blue reflection nebula, sometimes it is a tiny dust patch, sometimes it is part of a long filament, sometimes it is an emission nebula... Keen eyes can spend hours and find everything in this frame. After adding hydrogen alpha emission, the dust reveals even more: Its faint glow that surrounds this entire brightness.
