Description:
Here is my final rendition of IC434 for this year. Taken in North Cornwall over 3 nights in January 2022. 4 hours of data at 180 sec 120 gain -10 exposures taken over 3 different nights. Equipment used was my skywatcher 72ed ds pro, Az Gti Mount in eq mode. Asiair pro, zwo asi 294mc pro The image was stacked in Deep Sky Stacker with 30 dark, 30 flat and 30 dark flat calibration files. Then processed in Star Tools, Photoshop and Topaz Denoise. I’m really pleased with my first serious attempt of this favourite target of many. Considering the Az Gti isn’t meant or recommended for astrophotography it can really do the job admirably.
