Description:
The Large Magellanic Cloud is a small neighboring dwarf galaxy that can be seen with the naked eye from the Southern Hemisphere. In a dark sky, it looks like a soft, glowing cloud floating near our own Milky Way. Even though it’s much smaller it’s filled with billions of stars and bright regions where new stars are still forming.
