Description:

This image is of a number of Dark Nebula in the Milky Way in the Constellation Scutum. This is in a popular area of the Milky Way with a few other brighter targets but this one doesn't get much attention. LDN379 is the largest dark area in the top right. Other dark nebulae in the image include LDN372, LDN374, LDN370, LDN381 and LDN378. LDN379 in this area of the Milky Way forms a Triangle with the Eagle and Swan Nebulae.
