Description:

The Krater Clavius is one of the largest impact craters on the Moon, located in the southern highlands. It is especially notable for the curved chain of smaller craters within its interior, and under favorable lighting conditions, the shadows of its structures are clearly visible, enhancing its three-dimensional appearance.
