Description:

Jupiter disappears behind the waning crescent Moon in broad daylight as seen from west-central New Hampshire about 2 hours after sunrise. My sky was mostly cloudy, and I wasn't able to see the Moon and Jupiter in my telescope until moments before the occultation, when a hole in the clouds passed by. Were it not for my permanently mounted and calibrated Go To mount, I'd have never managed to get the Moon and Jupiter into my camera's' field of view.
