Description:
On April 8, 2024, Bailey’s Beads formation reveals a glimpse of the photosphere as the moon eclipses the sun during the total solar eclipse over Vermont. Prominences leap from the red arc of chromosphere fading into the faint solar corona. The sun had been mooned. For the shortest 3 minutes ever, and for what will be the last time in the next 20 years in America, a cloudless mid-day turned into twilight.
