10" f/8 Ritchey-Chretien on an Astro-Physics 900GTO mount. SBIG 8300M camera with a CFW5 filter wheel. Guiding with Lodestar X2 using ONAG.
Description:
This is a picture of NGC 4631 (Whale Galaxy) which shows many star forming regions within galaxy, and tidal tails expanding perpendicular to galaxy due to gravitational interaction with either a companion dwarf galaxy or the larger NGC 4656.
