Description:
NGC 7000, commonly known as the North America Nebula, is an area of emission nebulosity located just off the constellation Cygnus at a distance of about 1500 light years. With my field of view, I focused on a region known as the Cygnus Wall, an area of concentrated star formation approximately 15-20 light-years long. It has a distinctive bright ionization front, being eroded by hot young stars.
