This image submission is quite unlike any other I have ever sent to you. Here, the large and detailed nearly edge on galaxy NGC253 has been tilt rectified and is presented in a two panel image. As you know, back in the film days both lunar and inclined galaxy images were rectified by either projecting their image onto a tilted photo paper or white sphere so it could be seen from above without distortion. Today, this is done digitally. The technique used which is done in Photoshop is to digitally project the image onto an inclined plane, then change your viewpoint to a point over the plane that is perpendicular.
