Description:

This is my image of NGC 891, a 10th magnitude spiral galaxy viewed edge-on; the dark dust lane shown at the center of my image contributes to the overall dimness of this galaxy located 32 million light years from Earth in the Constellation Andromeda, its diameter is 123,000 light years or about 23% greater than our Milky Way
