Description:
I wondered what the star looked like before the outburst. An example of the power of computers is shown by displaying a photo of Nova Del 2013 in Microsoft's World Wide Telescope. Amazed to see how exactly the new photo overlaid existing data. Cross-fading, the stars don't move the slightest, showing the precursor star.
