Description:
The Magellanic Clouds are dwarf galaxies. The largest of them is known as Great Magellanic Cloud and the smaller Magellanic Small Cloud. Both galaxies were affected by tidal forces in their interaction with the Milky Way. Neutral hydrogen material connects them to each other and to our galaxy, the Milky Way.
