Description:
Here's a lesser known planetary nebula called PK-164+31.1, The Headphone Nebula. This one was a challenge. At a distance of 1,600 light years away it's dim, (14th magnitude), with a 16.8 magnitude central star that's a very blue white dwarf. The nebula wasn't even discovered until 1939, which is pretty late by astronomical discoveries.
