Description:

After completing a Messier Marathon in March of 1977, I sent a letter with the details to Walter Scott Houston. More than 18 months later, I received this postcard reply, and his Messier Marathon column was in the March '79 issue.

Thank you S&T for accepting this! I don't have many astronomy mementos, but this card is by far the most prized.
