Description:
This is a photorealistic 3D model of a region of the Moon including Sinus Viscositatis, a newly-named area, the Bay of Stickiness. Data from Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter is used to produce the surface, which is overlaid with a Wide Angle Camera image, and a snapshot is taken. Sinus Viscositatatis is at the lower right, 40km Marian Crater at the upper left.
