Description:
This image is a composite of 24 individual solar prominences captured between July and December 2025. Each full-disk solar image was recorded using a Lunt 50T H-alpha (50 mm) dedicated solar telescope equipped with a double-stack filter and a ZWO ASI678MM monochrome camera. Data acquisition was performed in FireCapture, with 1,000 frames captured per sequence at a 4.0 ms exposure. The best 200 frames from each capture were stacked in AutoStakkert!4. The final composition was assembled in Adobe Photoshop, layering the individual prominences around a single full-disk image acquired on July 27, 2025.
