Description:

This is a 9 hour exposure taken of the Western Veil Nebula from my Bortle 7 suburban backyard. A bi-color HOO image where Ha is mapped to red, and OIII to green and blue. I processed this one starless to really highlight all the small whispy details within the nebula.
