Description:
The large crater here is Stofler (126 km). You can see the sharp-rimmed crater Stofler F (18 km) to the south and raggedy Stofler N (14 km) near what would be the middle of Stoffler, had all these other craters not infringed on it. The dimply crater to the east is Faraday (70 km), with the fresh-looking Faraday C (30 km) spanning its southwest rim. Then you see another crater "under" that one, it's Stofler P (33 km). The whole area is a delightful part of the southern highlands, where the landscape is often saturated with craters.
