Equipment:

TS Photoline 60 / 360 mm, Antlia CaK solar wedge, QHY5II-L camera, Vixen Sphinx mount

Description:

My small grab-and-go refractor is now frequently used as a lunch-time solar activity tracker. Thanks to the CaK solar wedge I can easily follow not just solar spot numbers increasing but also the solar plages expanding day by day. Despit the small telescope size the filter centered on 393.3 nm generates a great contrast within the solar photosphere.
