Canon Digital Rebel XTi on tripod with Canon EFS 75-300mm zoom set to 300mm.

Description:

The Corolla Beach Lighthouse stands in silhouette with the partially eclipsed sun as seen from Waterlily, NC. I used my Magellan 310 GPS to put the lighthouse at the correct bearing, as calculated with USNO's MICA 2.0. The lighthouse was 5.8 miles away.
