Modified Canon 300d with an adapted Nikkor-S Auto 50mm lens at f/4, mounted on a homemade, motorized barn-door mount. 36 exposures of 4 minutes each for a total of 144 minutes.
This photo shows the northern half of the constellation, Cygnus. That portion of the sky is very rich in red emission and dark nebulae. Visible, are the North America and Pelican Nebulae, Le Gentil 3, the Northern Coalsack, and many more.
