Description:

The pelican nebula is an emission nebula the lies in the constellation Cygnus. IC 5070 is next to the North American Nebula and contaions a mix of star formation and evolving gas clouds. I think it is best imaged with a narrow band filter with a large aperture telescope. I used a celestron se8 with a 6.3 focal reducer and a sv22o 7nm narrow band filter and a zwo asi294mc-pro camera. I used 4 minute sub exposures with 6 hours of total imaging time.
