Location of Photo:

Tehran

Date/Time of photo:

August 20, 2020

Equipment:

I took this photo using a 70 mm Apo refractor and a 6D Mark II Canon DSLR camera over an EQ5 mount with autoguider. I used combination of RGB, H-alpha and O III images to create this final image.

Description:

There are fascinating picture of the arms of this nebula that was captured by Hubbel Space telescope. Everyone can get them on internet. Nevertheless, taking a picture from this celetial beauty is another story. As I explained I used H alpha and O III filters on my camera, which is not modified. In my location the sky is highly light polluted (Bortle scale about 7). I took 10 hours of H alpha and 4 hours of O III data for this image.
