Description:

The Wizard Nebula ( NGC 7380) is a young star cluster nebula in the constellation Cepheus. It is aprox. 7200 light years from earth. It is said to give the appearance of a medieval wizard. It is aprox. 110 light years across and contains stars that formed in the last 5 million years. I used a celestron 8" telescope and a starizona reducer/ flattner on a skywatcher EQ6R pro mount with a narrow band filter on a ZWO asi294 mc pro camera. I took 3.5 hours of 6 minute images and used deep sky stacker and Siril to process the final image.
