Image Credit: Wang Letian & Li Zhaoqi In the Northern Hemisphere, the zodiacal light can be seen in the east just before dawn in October every year. This photo not only shows the zodiacal light before dawn, but also a comet with a long tail, the Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS, also known as C/2023 A3. The photo was taken with a 50mm fixed-focus lens, without any cropping, and the comet's tail extends for more than 15 degree!!! The yellow lights of the city of Hilo in the distance illuminate the clouds, however, the red sunshine illuminate the sky.
