Additional Information

The NASA Visitor Center at Wallops Flight Facility is the place to explore the past, present, and future of NASA's Wallops Flight Facility. Featuring exhibits about the history of Wallops, the science behind aeronautics, the programs carried out at Wallops, and current/upcoming Wallops missions, the Visitor Center is fun and educational for all ages. Over the past several years we have expanded the amount of public programs and special events we offer. Our most recent expansion includes hosting Astronomy Events with our partners from the Delmarva Space Sciences Foundation (DSSF). Our Astronomy events include an Astronomy 101 presentation, themed crafts and activities for kids as well as themed movies playing in our auditorium and Science on the Sphere Theater. But the main event at our Astronomy events are the telescopes and expertise provided by our partners, DSSF.
