Description:

It is Auriga and Gemini, Perseus, Orion and Taurus season! Lots of hunting and lots of DSOs becoming visible through our telescopes. The incredible California shaped nebula, an emission nebula, mostly formed with Hydrogen atoms (molecules, gases); located in Perseus about 1,000 LY from our solar system, shines with magnitude 6, and is about 2.5 degrees long.
