Description:

Using a Samyang 135mm @ F2.4 and a full frame asi6200mcP I had a moment between storms last night. The comet showed interesting dynamics as it hovered above the mountain ridges for about 40 minutes. Was able to see some details in M31 as I continued to image after the comet set, for another 38 minutes, until M31 set. The comet's color was quite a bit easer to notice than M31 during processing, with its bluish tail standing out. Observational details: Backyard setup scope: Rokinon = 135mm F2.4 exposure: 19 x 120 sec Seeing: 4.5/5 Transparency 8/10 Observer: DEBartlett Place: June Lake_California USA
