Description:

Midnight had passed two hours ago and I have just finished taking multiple wide-field photographs (to stack later) of various parts of the Milky Way in my favorite dark sky place in Greece (Sep 2019). As I was ready to pack everything, I quickly used my 1x42 binoculars to scan the sky. Cygnus was full of stars, like glowing diamonds in a black dessert. I couldn't resist and I turned my camera to Deneb and Sadr and took one single photograph. Then I packed everything and I drove back to my hometown, about 30 minutes away. It was a great night, away from any kind of human-made light pollution.
