Description:

The peculiar and rare ring galaxy named "Hoag's object" is a very difficult target for amateur astrophotographers, due to its small dimensions and apparent low surface magnitude. Few images are available on the net. To do this image, I used 3 different gears, shooting from 3 different continents and combining the results in a unique image. During my last session I was lucky because I found an unexpected object very close to the Galaxy: C/2019 T4 Atlas comet.
