Description:

I tracked ISS using an 11" Celestron NexStar GPS @ f/25. The image is a stack of 42 frames captured by a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K. I tracked ISS during an 80 degree pass using my open source SatTraker software ( https://github.com/AstronomyLiveYt/SatTraker/blob/master/SatTrakerBetaV5.py ). SatTraker uses two line elements to automatically track satellites based on their orbital elements, and it uses video tracking to correct for pointing errors to keep the target in the frame at high magnification. The bright white Crew Dragon capsule can be seen peeking over the edge of the station from its zenith docking port. The iROSA solar arrays are edge-on to the telescope, but the angle formed by the new arrays, as well as their deeper golden color, distinguish them from the original main solar arrays of the space station.
