I went out to shoot some milky way shots and while I was waiting for it to get darker out, I received a notification of a KP7 storm. I looked up and could see the aurora from the north to south of the zenith. This is one of many shots I took that night, which was around 11:30 PM PST on August 4th, I took this at West Lake, just outside of Prince George, BC. Gear and Details: Nikon D5300 at ISO 1600 Samyang 14mm 2.8 lens Blend of a single 4 second shot for the sky and a single 30 second shot for the foreground Such a special night for me as I live too far south to see much aurora!
