Description:
I had a brief window of opportunity between dusk and dark and M44 hiding behind the tree line. The night was clear but with some high humidity, fortunately the image came out well. I did a live stacking with sharpcap at 8" per exposure, gain 360, for a total of 10 minutes total stack. For the last two or three days Mars has been closing in on the Beehive open cluster and yesterday (June 2) did a nice approach.
