Description:
Mars on 2020-10-03, at 09:59 median time of observation. Seeing is generally mediocre in Oregon, so it is difficult to get a good planetary image. To combat this, I made stacks of the best video clips obtained from 6 videos obtained between 09:37 and 09:59 UT. Those stacks were then de-rotated and combined in Winjupos into a final stack of the best 10,550 frames. Acidalia Planitia is visible at the top.Margaritifer Terra and theValles Marinaris region are central in the disk, tapering off to Solis Lacus to lower right. Sinus Meridiani is disappearing into the mist at far right.
